What are your views on religion?
This is going to sound crazy, but I don't really care about religion. I think religion is what keeps people away from God. I consider religion people making their own unwritten rules and adding faith to it. I can't force anybody to believe in the same God I believe in, but I do think people should have faith in some kind of higher power. I don't feel any type of way about Buddhists, Hindu, Muslims, or any other religions for that matter. I can't expect people to believe in God when they haven't seen His goodness or experienced it for themselves. This isn't like the Bible days when Jesus was walking around performing miracles.
People doubt everything these days so I don't push religion. To me, pushing religion is like pushing individuals rather than pushing a relationship with God. People go to church every Sunday and don't have any kind of relationship with God. They just go to church because it's the right thing to do. They're just going through the motions.
I believe in God, not people. God healed my body, kept my mind, provided for me, protected me, covered. I'm not saying He didn't do it for other people, but I've been trying to get to know God, and that's when He brought back to my remembrance everything that He's done and will do for me. If people haven't tried to know Him, they can't say He did those things for them.
I know too much about Him
And there's nothing to make me doubt Him
Just as sure as I have life
You can't change my mind
You can't tell me nothing
I know God for myself
