A song by your favorite band
For the gospel song, I'm going to have to say "Perfect People" by The Walls Group. This song was actually featured as the #musicmoment for today on Instagram. First of all, The Walls Group and their entire family pretty much is so talented. I love to watch them just sing. It doesn't even have to be their songs. They have vides on Youtube of them just singing and I absolutely love it. Secondly, I just love the message that this song has. I don't care for Christians who try to act like they haven't had a human moment before. Just be real and be honest with yourself and everyone else.
For the secular song, I would have to say "Tonight" by Xscape. I'm a 90's baby so I don't exactly have a favorite band. Bands or groups were every where in the 90's and early 2000's. They're not really a thing anymore. But this is one of my favorite song by a band or group. I chose this song specifically because it was one of the few times that Tiny really got to shine. Tiny and Tameka have always been the better singers in the group, in my opinion. This song specifically shows the strength in their voices. It's pretty much an acapella song except for the bass. You have to be able to stand up to that, and you can't be a half baked singer to do that.
